Taekwondo
Have you ever wanted to know how to protect yourself? Ever wanted to be one step closer to becoming the next Chuck Norris? Now as we know there is no other like Chuck Norris but we can get you close. We offer free Taekwondo classes on Tuesday evenings at 6:30. The class is led by Joe Shawver, a second degree black belt. Learn self-defense and get a great workout, too!
